Dancehall artiste Mr Lexx revealed that he is recovering from emergency surgery.
The Survive DJ said he was doing "OK" and that the surgery, which took place Sunday night, "was successful".
"Ten minutes into my performance last night, my right lungs collapsed, went straight into surgery last night," Mr Lex tweeted on Monday morning, along with a photo from his hospital bed. It is unclear what procedure Mr Lexx underwent.
He also thanked doctors at the Andrews Memorial Hospital, posting "big up di docs at Andrew's".
Well wishes poured in for the entertainer, whose given name is Christopher George Palmer. "My prayers for your healing, Mr Lexx. Love and light," tweeted Nadine Sutherland. "Omg. Speedy recovery, hun," said Stacious.
Mr Lexx, who was most recently featured on Sasique's Whine and Dip Refix, is well known for singles such as Full Hundred, Cook and Ring mi Cellie.
